Small Group Coaching

  • Brings together 6–8 participants from a skill development workshop in a 2–3 hour coaching session.
  • The purpose is to localise and internalise the content from the workshops and develop actions plans to implement them into their day-today activities.
  • This creates an environment of collaboration where best practice ideas are shared.
  • Peer pressure increases the level of accountability to transfer learning from the workshop to the workplace.

Feedback Loop & Coaching the Coach

  • To maximize the small group coaching, we engage manager (s) of the participants to provide feedback on their progress and any organisational challenges they may not be aware of.
  • When practical, we also develop specific action plans for the managers to enable them to support the implementation of the actions agreed upon in the sessions.
