Advanced Leadership

Advanced Leadership (AL) is a 2-day skill development program that provides a powerful and practical toolkit that enables managers to more effectively engage and lead their teams to superior levels of performance.

  • We clearly distinguish “management” (focused on process) and “leadership” (focused on people)
  • Your leadership team is provided with the tools to strike the right balance between these two roles based on the situation, the individuals and the environment.
  • We provide a clear understanding of team dynamics, team meeting structure, 1 on 1 structure, professional development planning, learning styles, delegation, motivation, recognition and the need to adjust management style to the needs of the team member.
  • Your leaders are better able to drive engagement and superior performance from their teams.

Next Generation Leadership

Next Generation Leadership (NGL) is a 2-day skill development program that provides powerful insights into the unique attributes of the different generations typically found within the modern workplace.

  • Your leaders better understand the rifts that may occur between generations and the organisational issues these can cause.
  • They then receive the tools for better engagement and management of “Gen Y”, enabling better performance and results.

Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching engagements are highly dependent on the individual being coached, their role, the culture, the organisation and that individual’s primary areas of need.

A typical engagement will last 12 months and include between 10 and 16 hours of 1 on 1 coaching.

The coaching sessions balance both personal and professional needs, with the primary goal of improving ability to lead a team or an organisation to deliver exceptional results.
