Our Development Programs

Our skill development programs have been built over many years. We employ elements of these programs in most of our engagements, depending on the specific business objectives.

The development programs are designed using a “tool and model” approach. By providing participants with a “toolkit”, we enable them to more easily implement the frameworks, following their participation in a workshop.

During our workshops, we address the underlying beliefs and attitudes that drive the behaviours of many current practices in both sales and leadership. By first exploring these beliefs – where they come from and why, in many cases, they don’t best serve the individual or the organisation – it opens the learner up to embracing the new skills that are being taught.

It is vital that all learning transfers from the workshop to the workplace and our “implementation coaching” can help with this.
